iFoundit Real Estate & Property Management, LLC has two lists of clients. We have our "Valued Client List", which is a list of our current and valued clients. We strive to offer this list of clients the very best service possible. We offer very competitive fees, comprehensive monthly reports, assets reports with complete inventory list of assets, and before/after reports for major repairs or improvements.
In addition to our "Valued Client List", we have a special client list we call the "Principle's List". To qualify, we evaluate your relationship with iFoundit Real Estate & Property Management, LLC, the condition of your property, and the payment history of your tenant. Clients on this list receive guaranteed services. If we do not keep our promised service, our management fee is free for that month. Some property management companies charge a low monthly management fee percentage During these difficult times, it's tempting to find a property management company offering the lowest monthly management fee percentage. It may sound like a great deal but, are you really saving money? There are several income streams from each property management client. Don't forget to ask how much they charge to secure a tenant. You must add all fees including monthly management fees, commissions to secure a tenant, commissions to renew a lease, service fees added to each vendor invoice, and any other miscellaneous fees before you can accurately compare management costs. If you want to save money, don't forget to ask all the right questions and compare all fees.
Owner Disbursement checks are mailed to you each month, or we offer and accept electronic payments. We mail or submit owner payments to our Valued Clients between the 15th and 20th of each month. Payments to clients on the Principle's List are mailed or initiated no later than the 6th of each month. If you are not receiving electronic payments, but would like to, please click here.
