All of these tasks can be completed directly from this website. We have received numerous calls from your friends and family members because of your recommendations.   Search Properties for Rent

While searching for properties, be sure to create an account to keep track of your favorite listings and use our advance listing tools.  These tools allow you to see an aerial photo of the property, print a listing brochure, send a listing to a friend, request a showing, get directions to a property or map out a route and add additional properties to your route with just a click of a button.   

Don't forget to keep checking back with us, we get new properties all the time.  If you are looking for something in particular, please create an account and follow the prompts to insert your criteria and our system will email you when a property that meets that criteria is added to our website.   

      Rental Application     

Please complete the Rental Application and fax, Email or drop off the application with a $50 application fee.  If you should email or fax the application, you may make a TENANT ONLINE PAYMENT.  No application will be processed until the application fee is paid. 

No person shall be denied the right to rent one of our properties based on applicant’s race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, marital status, or familial status.

 Tenant Online Payments    

Paying your rent couldn't be easier.  There are several ways to make a payment.  We accept payments at two locations.  You can make an online payment, pay by phone or set up automatic withdrawals.  For emergency payments, please call any courier service for a quote.  The cost is usually less than sending an overnight package.

 Print Work Order 

Please complete the Work Order and fax, email or drop off the  completed work order at one of our two locations.  Don't forget to include your daytime and evening telephone numbers.  The maintenance personnel or vendor will call you to schedule an appointment to complete the repair.  

If this is an emergency repair, please contact us by telephone or send a text message.
